Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment at Schulz Beauty, you agree to the following Cancellation Policy.

Cancelling/Rescheduling your Appointment

The cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment must be done no less than 24 hoursin advance of the scheduled appointment. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of 100% of the service value if you miss your scheduled appointment without proper notification (24 hours).

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, 50% of the service will be charged. If you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment, this will count as a No-Show and 100% of the service will be charged. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment (5 minutes late for spray tans), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment, and the cancellation fee may apply.

*For Mobile Spray Tan appointments, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation, else the $50 deposit will not be refundable.

Same-Day Appointments

Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our standard cancellation policy. Failure to attend your same-day booking, with or without proper notification, will result in the no-show fee being charged.

Body Contouring Packages

The cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment must be done no less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or if you miss the appointment without the required notice, you will be charged a $100.00 non-transferrable fee. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Body Contouring Consultations

The cancellation or rescheduling of any consultation must be done no less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your consultation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or if you miss the appointment without the required notice, you will be charged a $30.00 non-transferrable fee

Returns & Refund

(Retail products only)

Due to the nature of our services and products, we have the following policy in place to ensure fairness, hygiene, and safety for all clients.

Retail Products

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders can only be cancelled prior to processing. Once an order has been processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Unused and unopened retail products may be eligible for store credit within 14 days of delivery and must be approved by Schulz Beauty prior to being returned.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Approved returns will be issued as store credit and are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover payment processing, handling and fulfillment costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible

for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • BOMB Duo products (including unopened)

  • Opened, used or tampered products

  • Gift Cards

Price Matching
We do not offer price matching or adjustments based on lower prices found through other retailers after an order is placed.

Schulz beauty reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
